These garments are created to represent the felt experience of the Fight and Freeze trauma responses, highlighting both the distressing and the powerful aspects of these reactions. By visually depicting the protective qualities of these responses, which are often perceived as negative, the designs serve as tools to reframe them as allies in the process of healing. Rather than being seen as something to evade, the garments offer a tangible way to recognize and honor the role that these responses play in safeguarding one's well-being.
