Chelsey Pon

Chelsey graduated from Virginia Tech Industrial Design in 2015. After spending a number of years as an industrial designer in the healthcare industry, she has transitioned to UX and is now a digital product design lead at a small SaaS company. Chelsey has been passionate about helping and advocating for VTID students since her undergrad days. She knew by joining forces with her friend and former Virginia Tech IDSA teammate, Kevin Chee, they could build the foundation for a board to advise and develop resources for the VTID program, and increase alumni engagement. In her free time, she enjoys indoor and outdoor rock climbing, skiing, and playing board games.
