Lindsey is a challenger by nature so becoming a shaper, a designer, and a leader was always going to be part of her life path. For Lindsey, being a steward of thoughtful design requires curiosity and questioning status quos, trying to approach a challenge from many perspectives and speaking up when she needs to, but more importantly remembering to listen. She is constantly in awe of the power of thoughtful design and its ability to bring efficiency and respite, spark joy and create culture, and importantly to provide solutions to real life challenges and needs.
