Michelle Flinchum

Michelle joined the advising world in the summer of 2021, after three years working in alumni relations.  Her experience growing up in transient military family has given her the first hand knowledge of how transitions can impact young adults and the importance of embracing diversity. This understanding has informed her advising approach and world outlook. When she is not advising, she and her husband can be found exploring the world through the fresh eyes of their little boy.
